Amber is passionate about helping good ideas succeed through strong storytelling. She brings her experience working across the social impact ecosystem to support a connected, informed, and engaged network of social innovators.

As a life-centred designer learning alongside equity-denied communities, Anjum's work centres experimentation and asking what is possible when we understand ourselves and our world differently.

Brittany Goldhawke is a climate innovation leader supporting high-impact climate technology ventures across Canada. Her work focuses on commercialization, investor readiness, and ecosystem collaboration across climate mitigation, adaptation, and nature-based solutions. She works closely with founders, investors, Indigenous partners, and industry to help scale technologies that deliver meaningful environmental and community impact.

Devon combines an enthusiastic, people-centered approach with strong operational expertise. With experience in administration, HR, finance, IT and governance, she keeps our remote-first team running smoothly and builds the systems that underpin our national-scale impact.

Gwen brings insights from a 20+ year career spanning the non-profit, public, and private sectors, where she's worked alongside community and elected leaders, policymakers, academics, youth, non-profit and corporate leaders to develop organizational capacity to drive social impact and innovation.

Jamil is a current Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs student at the University of British Columbia. He brings experience both in Canada and Scotland working with nonprofits, charities, and sustainable social enterprises and has a keen interest in using policy and advocacy to advance the social impact sector.

Safina brings her experience in designing programs and solving complex problems across consulting, public sector, non-profit, and startups. Her career across innovation, social impact, and health has brought her to lead the innovation practice and address systemic issues with SI Canada.

Shikhank brings his experience as a facilitator, strategist, and designer across civil society, philanthropy, and academia to build relationships and advance equity-centered and community-led approaches to systems change and social innovation.
