Social Venture Institute (SVI) Hollyhock
Join us on Cortes Island September 22 – 26 to take part in a dynamic gathering of mission-driven leaders who are committed to generating positive impact through social venture.
SVI Hollyhock is a one-of-a-kind experience for mission-driven entrepreneurs. Focused on the whole person, it takes place in a beautiful natural setting, nestled between the beach and forest on Cortes Island, which is situated on the traditional and unceded territories of the Klahoose, Tla’amin, and Homalco Nations.
This year’s SVI will be extra special, as we are limiting participation to 60 people in order to meet safely and offer a gentle re-entry to gathering after this period of isolation. This will truly be a unique opportunity to reconnect with the land, yourself, and a community of mission-driven leaders for 5 days of problem-solving, wisdom sharing, deep thinking, and connecting.
Please apply by August 25th (or sooner to be considered for early admission.) Scholarships are available with a priority for entrepreneurs from equity-seeking communities.
Who Should Attend SVI Hollyhock 2021?
SVI Hollyhock is geared towards CEOs, Executive Directors, Founders, key staff, social entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders of all kinds.
The magic of SVI Hollyhock comes from the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of participants, who simultaneously share a set of values to improve the state of the world through venture. The SVI Producer Team will be carefully curating the cohort to ensure that the diversity that makes SVI so special, continues to be upheld.
SVI Hollyhock is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive and accessible space for all participants, particularly for those from communities experiencing social, economic and other barriers. This includes (and is not limited to) Black, Indigenous, People of Colour, new Canadians, LGBTQS2+ persons, and those living with disabilities of any form. Please don’t hesitate to contact svi@hollyhock to discuss how we can best support your participation in this conference.
